Shower Room and Half Bath
A central hallway in the south end of the house separates and insulates the Southeast and Southwest bedrooms from one another. Off this hall is a half-bath with a spacious tile counter, hand-crafted copper and silver sink. Across the hall is a separate, windowed room with a tiled counter and silver sink and a sumptuous, tiled steam shower with a glass brick wall to the outside, bringing in plenty of daylight. Each room has locally-made cabinetry with plenty of storage for towels and toiletries.
Master Bathroom
The fanciful master bathroom includes a Mexican hand-painted Talavera sink and sconces, a deep tub and a separate shower, a large dressing room with ample clothing storage. Original decorative painting throughout.
Powder Room
Adjacent to the south wing and kitchen is a powder room, newly built but incorporating original mosaic tile work and an unusual double limestone sink. A window faces to the west.
